BOB RAUSCHER Bob Rauscher has been a successful Commercial Realty Specialist since 2003.  Prior to that he worked in leasing for Miami based Ryder Transportation Services in sales and sales management.  He was Director of Marketing and Sales Management for over 9 years and a Region Sales Manager in several locations.  He was inducted into the Ryder Roundtable, Ryder's exclusive sales club and later served as their secretary/treasurer for 10+ years.  Bob is a graduate of Syracuse University and served 4 years in the US Army where he achieved the rank of Captain.  Bob is also a decorated Vietnam Veteran.  He currently lives in Lakewood Ranch with his wife Nancy and enjoys golf and working out.
