Our Story
Barry Seidel founded American Property Group in Sarasota after relocating from Philadelphia in the 1980s. With a background in restaurant ownership and a deep belief in Southwest Florida's growth potential, Barry built APG into one of the region's most recognized commercial real estate firms. Today, APG is a second-generation operation with one of the most experienced commercial brokerage teams in Sarasota County — including CCIM-designated brokers, award-winning specialists, and agents with deep roots in the communities they serve.
