Leslye Seidel is a Broker Associate at American Property Group of Sarasota, Inc., where she leads the firm's commercial property management division. With over 35 years of Florida real estate experience and a career rooted in financial expertise, Leslye brings a rare combination of accounting discipline and hands-on property management knowledge to every client she serves.

A Temple University graduate with a BA in Accounting, Leslye began her career in public accounting in Philadelphia before transitioning into business operations — managing restaurant ventures in the Philadelphia suburbs and Atlantic City alongside her husband and APG founder Barry Seidel. The couple relocated to Sarasota in December 1986, and Leslye obtained her Florida Real Estate Sales License in 1987, her Broker's License in 1988, and most recently her Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) License in 2023.

Leslye recognized early on the opportunity to build a professional property management division within APG, and has spent decades developing it into a full-service operation. Today, APG's commercial property management services include onsite visits, rent collection, bill payment, lease enforcement, vendor coordination, financial reporting, and preparation of all essential compliance documents — all overseen with the financial precision that Leslye's accounting background uniquely provides.
