Common Questions From Out-of-State Owners
Can you take over from my current property manager?
Yes. We review your existing agreement, coordinate the handoff with your current manager and tenants, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks during the transition.
How will I know what’s happening at the property?
You’ll get a monthly report covering rent collected, expenses, maintenance and anything that needs your decision, plus photos or video when we visit. Questions in between get a call back the same business day.
What if I decide to sell later?
That’s common. Because we sell, lease and manage, there’s no handoff to a different firm — the same team that knows your building can price it, market it and close it remotely.
Do I need to come to Florida to get started?
No. We can start with a phone call, a property visit on our end and a written review. Agreements and closings are handled with e-signatures.
