Tyler Sluman is a commercial real estate advisor with American Property Group of Sarasota, Inc., specializing in industrial, retail, redevelopment, and ground-up development opportunities across Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Palm Beach County.

Originally from Southern California, Tyler’s professional career began in golf, competing internationally in over 15 countries after training at IMG Academy in Bradenton. Following a career-ending injury, he transitioned into commercial real estate—bringing with him the discipline, competitiveness, and strategic mindset developed at the highest level of sports.

Since joining American Property Group in 2020, Tyler has been actively involved in a wide range of transactions throughout Southwest Florida and beyond, including industrial warehouse deals, retail leasing and sales, redevelopment projects, and distressed asset opportunities. His experience spans working with investors, owner-users, and developers, helping them identify value, reposition properties, and execute strategic acquisitions.

Tyler holds a degree in Communications from Rollins College, allowing him to clearly guide clients through complex transactions while maintaining a straightforward, results-driven approach. Known for his persistence, market awareness, and ability to uncover opportunities others may overlook, Tyler is focused on helping clients maximize value in every deal.
