The property was purchased by neighboring Detwiler’s Farm Market, which plans to use the acquisition to support future expansion. Specific plans for the property have not yet been announced.

Located within Palmetto’s industrial corridor, the fully fenced property is zoned for heavy commercial and industrial uses. The site’s configuration provides flexibility for uses such as outside storage, equipment yards, fleet operations and other intensive commercial applications.
